This is an updated device driver for MicroTime 200, PicoHarp 300, and HydraHarp 400 fixing the issue of incompatibility with Windows "Core Isolation", and specifically "Memory Intergity".
Unpack the zip file in a location of your choice, then use device manager to update the driver of the device in question. When asked for the new driver, select the path where you unpacked the zip file.
